As we approach Thanksgiving and the holiday season we thought it would be a great opportunity to give thanks to you and your partnership.

It would be easy to dwell on the negative or think in terms of scarcity instead of abundance, but when we actually take a step back and look at things from a different perspective, we see how fortunate we all are.

Nothing speaks more to this than our Good Will Works initiative. Key Mortgage’s Good Will Works makes a donation for every loan we close and matches contributions to eligible nonprofit organizations whenever one of our team members donates. When your clients close with Key, you know that you are doing some good!

This fund is used to donate grants to 501(c)3s across Chicagoland based on a collective vote by our team. Just this year we have donated to:

• The Buddy Foundation

• Home of Life Community Development Corporation

• Women Bridging the Gap

• Breakaway Community Development

And, Good Will Works encourages our team to take paid volunteer time off to give back to our corporate partners like Habitat for Humanity or another 501(c)3 of their choice.
