The NEST is a unique process in which your Key Mortgage loan officer refers a potential client to a team of licensed Key Mortgage loan officers. This team focuses solely on creating a plan to help clients become mortgage-ready and delivers those clients back to you and your Key Mortgage loan officer once they are able to be fully qualified for a loan. This ensures that they are qualified before you take them out to see homes and that they’ll be able to take action when they find the home of their dreams.

The NEST loan officer will:

  • Develop a plan to get your client mortgage-ready, which may include improving their credit score, paying down or off debt or just understanding their income or asset timelines to meet the lending requirements.
  • Conduct accountability check-ins with the client to ensure they are working towards the plan, providing support and encouragement every step of the way.
  • Once the client completes the process, verify they meet lending qualifications by obtaining the necessary preapproval criteria, and then return the client to you and your Key Mortgage loan officer to proceed with helping them in their home search.

This service comes at no cost to the client. We simply understand that more qualified clients lead to more sold homes.
