Michael strives to guide every client through the loan approval and closing process seamlessly and with ease. With a background in residential real estate sales, he is intimately familiar with every part of the purchasing a home – fully aware of the sensitivities of working with buyers and agents throughout the process. With a focus on clear communication, transparency, and education, Michael is able to ensure that his clients are finding the best mortgage product for their needs and position them to be most competitive when submitting offers.
Prior to becoming a loan officer, Michael worked as a team lead of the top-producing real estate team, HL2R Group, which he founded alongside his husband Ben Lissner. When he is not assisting clients he enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and taking full advantage of all the wonderful activities Chicago and its suburbs have to offer. He is also a flutist and teacher actively involved in a number of Chicagoland nonprofit classical music performance and educational organizations.
